This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through petalandpupy.shop.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under German or European Union consumer-protection law.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day that the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

For an order containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the customer, or the designated third party, receives the final product from that order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement informing us of the decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.

The request should include:

• The customer’s full name

• The order number

• The email address used for the order

• The products being returned

• A clear statement that the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract

Using a particular form is not mandatory. The withdrawal deadline is met when the customer sends the withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

2. Returning Products After Withdrawal

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

Customers should contact info@petalandpupy.shop for the correct return instructions and return destination before sending the parcel. Return authorization is not a condition of exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, but contacting us first helps prevent parcels from being sent to an incorrect location.

Products must not be returned to an address shown on the parcel label unless our customer service team confirms that the address accepts customer returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For a standard withdrawal where the product is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until the return and refund have been completed. petalandpupy.shop is not responsible for a return parcel that cannot be verified as delivered to the instructed return destination.

If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, petalandpupy.shop will bear reasonable return costs when a return is required.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Customers may inspect products in the same manner that would reasonably be permitted in a physical retail store.

Returned clothing should, where reasonably possible, be:

• Unworn other than for fitting

• Unwashed

• Free from stains, odors, cosmetics, pet hair, or other contamination

• Returned with original labels and tags attached

• Returned with included accessories and packaging

A customer does not automatically lose the statutory right of withdrawal because packaging has been opened or the product has been inspected.

However, the customer may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

5. Items That May Be Excluded From Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where a legal exception applies, including:

• Products made to the customer’s individual specifications

• Clearly personalized products

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed

• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

• Digital content supplied immediately after the customer has expressly consented to performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, where applicable

An exclusion will only be applied where permitted by applicable law.

Ordinary dresses, jeans, skirts, trousers, and similar clothing are not automatically excluded merely because they have been tried on carefully.

6. Refunds Following Withdrawal

When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will refund the payments received for the withdrawn products.

Where a delivery charge was paid, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order. petalandpupy.shop currently provides free standard shipping for eligible orders, so no standard outbound shipping charge is normally payable or refundable.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until:

• We receive the returned products, or

• The customer provides sufficient evidence that the products have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless the customer expressly agrees to another method. The customer will not be charged a refund-processing fee by petalandpupy.shop.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect products after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is:

• Damaged during delivery

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Missing from the shipment

• Materially different from the product ordered

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide repair, replacement, price reduction, reimbursement, or another legally required remedy.

Reasonable costs required to remedy a confirmed product defect will be borne by petalandpupy.shop where required by law.

8. Statutory Warranty Rights

The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from the customer’s statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.

Customers may have statutory defect claims for up to two years from delivery, subject to the requirements and limitations of applicable law.

This policy does not exclude, reduce, or replace statutory warranty and conformity rights.

9. Size, Fit, and Style Returns

A product that does not fit as expected may be returned under the statutory withdrawal procedure, provided the withdrawal request is made within the applicable period.

Customers should review the size guide and product measurements before ordering. Sizes may vary between products and designs.

Differences caused only by personal preference, fit expectations, or minor screen-color variations are not necessarily product defects, but they do not prevent an eligible customer from exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

10. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed.

Where an exchange cannot be processed, the customer may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the preferred product, size, or color.

Product availability cannot be reserved while a return is in transit.

11. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation by contacting info@petalandpupy.shop as soon as possible.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched. If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may exercise the applicable right of withdrawal after delivery.

12. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not necessarily constitute a valid withdrawal notice.

Customers should separately inform us of the decision to withdraw by emailing info@petalandpupy.shop.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, unjustified delivery refusal, or failure to collect a parcel may be deducted only where permitted by applicable law and where the customer is responsible for those costs.

13. Promotional and Discounted Products

Eligible promotional and discounted products may be returned under the same statutory withdrawal rules as regularly priced products unless a lawful exception applies.

A reduced price does not remove statutory rights relating to defects or non-conformity.

14. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

We may investigate returns involving suspected fraud, deliberate product substitution, falsified delivery claims, unauthorized alteration, or repeated misuse of the return process.

Nothing in this section limits legitimate statutory consumer rights.
